Our events are usually held in groups of 8 or more.
If you have any intolerances, please let us know in advance so that we can make realistic and practicable adjustments, provided they are not life-threatening or too far-reaching!
Unfortunately, we cannot take allergies into consideration, as our courses and workshops are so extensive and complex that we cannot guarantee to meet this responsibility for logistical and culinary reasons!
These include allergens such as lactose intolerance, fructose, milk protein, gluten intolerance, coeliac disease, nuts, garlic, sesame, soy, wheat, fish, crustaceans, eggs, celery, mustard, lupin, molluscs…..
If you are unable to attend an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements.
If a workshop cannot take place due to illness, insufficient numbers of participants or other reasons, in particular due to force majeure, we will also inform you immediately and seek an amicable solution.
